What To Expect A first visit normally takes an hour to an hour and a half.  It generally includes a complete history and structural examination.  I will develop a treatment plan and discuss it with you.  If you approve of the plan then the treatment is started at this visit.  Subsequent visits usually take thirty to forty five minutes and continue with the treatment plan with alterations as needed Karen E.
